...to Neasa Maria Yoga, home of Hatha Yoga teacher, Neasa O'Grady, practicing in Galway. Here we are dedicated to nurturing the yoga practices of individuals with varied strengths, interests and goals and of course introducing the benefits of yoga to many more.
We have moved to a new venue in Renmore, take a look at Where to find us for the new details. The new term in Improvers Yoga will start Tuesday May 22th at the usual time of 7 to 8 and will run for 6 weeks. The new term in Beginners Yoga will start Thursday May 24th also at 7 to 8pm.
