
Yoga for Sports is a yoga class designed primarily for individuals involved in athletic activities who have developed a certain amount of strength and cardiovascular health but find that they are restricted by areas of inflexibility often resulting in muscles strengthening without stretching. It is also designed for athletic individuals who haven't developed adequate core strength and as a result are prone to injury and weakness. The Yoga for Sport classes can be arranged for individual teams or sporting organizations or be composed of individuals from various athletic activities.
